Vickers è the high-quality nonstick series that solves the problem of durability and functionality of the inner coating. Vickers' frying pans, saucepans, casseroles, pots and steak pans are specialized cooking tools made using advanced technologies, utensils that last through the years while maintaining their fundamental characteristics of nonstickness and absolute hygiene over time.

The steak pan, despite its name, è is also suitable for cooking meat, as well as fish and vegetables.In the case of meat è it is always best to preheat the steak pan before using it.

Also excellent for making toast or bruchette. For those who want to enjoy vegetables without losing their nutritional qualities and freshness while cooking, we recommend: zucchini, eggplant, peppers, artichokes, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, etc. Vegetables should be cut into slices or halves.

Choose a steak pan with a wavy bottom, those with a non-stick bottom are easier to clean with the advantage of less weight and thus better handling.

The steak pan helps you replicate the experience of grilling outdoors.

Before placing the ingredients in the grill pan, grease them carefully with the help of a kitchen brush or your hands, especially vegetables that do not contain their own fat. Greasing the foods ensures that they do not stick to the metal and prevents the oil from burning on the bottom of the steak pan. Each oil has a different smoke point (maximum temperature before it starts to burn). The Vickers è inner coating consists of a layer of Titanium and a double layer of nonstick material. the combination of these two elements gives rise to an extremely hard surface that is highly resistant to use and contact abrasion. An innovative technical solution that greatly increases the life of the inner coating and slows down its wear and tear. The Titancoat liquid state is sprayed at very high speed onto the tool's steel body by means of high-tech plasma equipment also used in the aerospace industry.

The bodies of all Vickers pieces are made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel and can be used on all cooking surfaces (induction, gas, electric hotplate and glass ceramic)thanks to the thermo-diffuser bottom patented by Tarcisio Zani that ensures homogeneous heat distribution.

The handles and grips are made of 18/10 stainless steel, designed to ensure easy handling and safe grip: they are filled with perlite (expanded lava rock), an inert material, particoalrmente light, which hinders the transmission of heat from the body of the utensil.
