Vickers is the high-quality non-stick range that solves the problem of the durability and functionality of the inner coating. Vickers frying pans, shallow pans, saucepans, pots and grill pans are specialised cooking tools made using advanced technologies: utensils that last for years, retaining their essential non-stick properties and absolute hygiene over time.

The shallow pan has a wide base, two handles and low sides: it is a cross between a frying pan and a saucepan.

It's usually used for preparations that do not require boiling, such as braises, stews, roasts or vegetables.

It can also be used for an excellent risotto.

Made in Italy

The Vickers inner coating consists of a layer of titanium and a double layer of nonstick material. The combination of these two elements produces an extremely hard surface that is highly resistant to use and contact abrasion. An innovative technical solution that greatly increases the life of the inner coating and slows down its wear and tear. The Titancoat in its liquid state is sprayed at very high speed onto the steel body of the utensil using high-tech plasma equipment, also used in the aerospace industry.

The bodies of all Vickers pieces are made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel and can be used on all cooktops (induction, gas, electric hotplate and glass-ceramic), thanks to the heat-diffusing base patented by Tarcisio Zani, which ensures even heat distribution.

The handles and grips are made of 18/10 stainless steel, designed to ensure easy handling and a safe grip: they are filled with perlite (expanded lava rock), an inert, particularly light material that hinders the transmission of heat from the body of the utensil.
