Where we ship

We ship to Italy, to all European Union countries and to Switzerland. For shipments to other countries, write to us at info@dreamingmyhome.it: we will send you a quotation before you order.

The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. For shipments to Switzerland, import duties and VAT may be payable, in accordance with Swiss customs regulations.

Timescales

Orders are normally shipped within 10 working days of payment confirmation. For payments by bank transfer, this period runs from when the payment is credited. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier's tracking number.

Some products can be ordered even if they are not immediately available in stock: in that case the timescales are indicated on the product page. An order containing products with different availability may be shipped in several parcels, at no additional cost.

On delivery

Check that the number of parcels matches the courier's document and that the packaging is intact. If the packaging is damaged, accept the delivery marked "collect with reservation" (i.e. sign the courier's note as accepted subject to inspection) and write to us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with a few photos: this way we can open a claim with the courier straight away. Your guarantee rights remain unaffected in any case.

If the courier is unable to deliver and the parcel is not collected within 5 working days of being held at the depot, the order may be cancelled; for a new shipment, the costs of return and reshipment are borne by the customer.
