Introduction

This document sets out the general terms for the use of the website www.dreamingmyhome.it (the "Site") by its users (the "Users"). Anyone who does not wish to accept these terms is asked not to use the Site. By using the Site, the User declares that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity. Purchases made on the Site are governed by the terms of sale.

Services offered

The Site contains information about the Owner's activities and a section dedicated to the purchase of the products of which the Owner is a distributor. Creating an account is not required in order to buy: the User can also complete the order as a guest. Those who create an account can view their order history and request a return directly from the Site. In any case, the User provides the personal data necessary for shipping the purchased products, which is processed as described in the privacy policy.

Confidentiality of personal data and cookies

The privacy policy and the cookie policy form an integral part of these terms and can be consulted on the relevant pages of the Site. Cookie preferences can be changed at any time from the link at the bottom of every page.

Trademarks and rights

All contents of the Site, including by way of example texts, graphics, trademarks, logos, icons, images, databases and software, are protected by the Italian Copyright Law (Legge sul diritto d'autore, Law 633/1941) and are the property of the Owner or of their respective owners, who grant their use under licence.
