Steaming means transmitting a sufficient amount of heat to the food through a medium, in this case steam, which completely envelops the food, cooking it gently and evenly.

The Vivo VapoJet steamer was designed with the very ambitious goal of offering a large capacity while taking up as little space as possible. In fact, this steamer has a capacity of 11 litres (extendable to 15 litres), but when closed it is only 8 cm deep, so you can easily keep it on the kitchen worktop against the wall or next to tall fridge units or other appliances.

What are the advantages of Vivo Vapo Jet over other electric steamers?

Speed: Thanks to the innovative Vapo Jet technology, steam is delivered about 30 seconds after switching on, keeping wasted time, and therefore energy, to a minimum. Most other steamers emit steam between 3 and 7 minutes after switching on.

High capacity:Vivo Vapo Jet is one of the largest steamers on the market, with a maximum capacity of 11 litres on two levels: 6 litres for the bottom and 5 litres for the top.
