Stella perforated pizza peel

Stella baking/unloading peels are made of stainless steel with two oil-resistant rubber handles: one fixed and one sliding. With light hand pressure, the sliding part lets you control the peel even with one hand, and it can be hooked onto the fixed rear handle.

The handles are easily removable for cleaning.

The blade has been designed to maximise resistance to the heat of the pizza oven, where this peel works for long periods.

It also has a special surface finish that makes it very slick and smooth.

The 16 cm version has the characteristic teardrop shape, which makes it even easier to use when the oven is full and you have to work between pizzas.

The holes in the blade increase in diameter from the centre outwards to help shed excess flour; they also give better grip when turning the pizza during baking.
