Stella light perforated pizza peel

The Stella peel for baking pizza is made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel, designed for baking, turning and removing pizzas.

The holes in the blade increase in diameter from the centre outwards to help shed excess flour; they also give better grip when turning the pizza during baking.

Fitted with two removable, washable ABS handles, one of which slides with adjustable friction to make work easier. The handle also has a guard to prevent burns and ensure stability and safety.

The blade is designed to maximise resistance to the heat of the pizza oven, where this peel works for long periods; it also has a special surface finish that makes it very slick and smooth.

The 16 cm version has the characteristic teardrop shape, which makes it even easier to use when the oven is full and you have to work between pizzas.
