Ideal for cutting dough and lifting dough balls out of the dough tray. The steel blade has an elegant brushed finish that makes cleaning very easy.

The blade is firmly inserted along the entire length of the handle, which is made of ergonomic, safety-designed, heat-resistant ABS. It also has a knurled finish to improve grip. The end has a large hole so you can hang it up and store it quickly without wasting space.

It can be washed in the dishwasher.
