The Kamado is an oven / barbecue made of ceramic with truly unique features!

The special ceramic composition of the body means that the heat generated by the charcoal is accumulated and released slowly, allowing countless preparations that would be impossible on any other cooking appliance. The perfect regulation of the internal airflow gives very accurate temperature control, allowing both low-temperature cooking (even 60-80° C) and very high-temperature cooking (up to 350° C).
