4 Stagioni perforated pizza peel

Pizza peel made of lightweight, hygienically approved food-grade aluminium alloy.

The shape and microporosity of the blade are designed to make it easier to load and unload
the pizza without excess flour. The small triangular holes let excess flour fall away, for a cleaner oven and better baking.

The grooved handle is shaped to dissipate heat easily and prevent burns; it also offers a better grip and smoother handling.

Available with the blade in various sizes.
